HIGH OUTPUT: While there are plenty of LED bulb upgrades out there for stock reverse lights; when it comes to a backup light boost that will compliment your Morimoto XB LED tail lights, this is a no brainer. The BLBB bolts on. It’s Plug n Play. It generates maximum output… in reverse!

EASY SETUP: If you’re running a set of the new Morimoto XB tail lights with the Backup Light Boost connection, these will be super easy to install since the input connector will plug n play with the reverse light circuit wiring on the back of your tail lights. No Backup Light Boost connection? No problem. The system includes 1.5 meters of integrated wiring and a high-quality tap kit to draw 12V from your factory reverse light harness. An integrated rubber grommet keeps moisture and dust out of a pass-through hole if necessary too.

BOLT-ON: The Backup Light Bar will bolt onto your vehicle’s top two license plate mounts. Its die-cast aluminum housing is contoured according to the geometry of US-spec license plates for a flush fit, and the mounting points are positioned according to the same universal standard. The system is finished in a satin black powder coat.

OPTICALLY ADVANCED: The Morimoto Backup light boost light bar relies on a combination of optical refinement and raw power to produce the perfect reverse light beam pattern. Morimoto’s optical engineering team optimized the lens to distribute the most possible light in the most effective beam pattern based on typical surface mounting angles. This is a fully engineered product, and that shows in the results.

TECHNICALLY SPEAKING: At a 10-degree mounting angle, the vertical range is -20 to +25 degrees. At the most typical 0-degree mounting angle, the Morimoto Reverse Light Bar provides a -30 to +15 degree vertical spread, which easily exceeds the illumination range of any standard backup for spread. Though great to experience, its worth noting that the output produced by this product far exceeds the legal limit for a reverse light application.
